Planned Preventive
Maintenance Program
A preventive maintenance program will be provided in writing by Master House Technical Works within 30 days of signing the contract. The PPM will be carried out for AC units, electrical and plumbing fixtures.
Reactive
Maintenance Call Outs
- Unlimited emergency callouts for AC, plumbing and electrical systems, with a maximum response time of 60 minutes, 24/7/365 for:
- Repair of AC units
- Repair of fixed electrical fittings
- Repair of plumbing defects
- Unlimited non-emergency (routine) callouts for AC, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Unlimited small carpentry, small masonry, and painting touch up jobs
Warranties
& Guarantees
Master House Technical Works will provide the same warranty to the customer that is received from the supplier. It should be noted that warranty periods vary from no warranty (typically for spare parts) to a one-year warranty for complete units, e.g. a full AC unit. Where an item is faulty within one month of fitting, Master House Technical Works would request a replacement part from the supplier.
